Welcome to our Contractors web page.  Here you will be able to apply for and request to become a Contactor for our company.  We are in the Technology business that is constantly growing and changing every day.  Our client base is mainly in the Medical Field but obviously we also cover a wide range of other technologies that support the Medical and Healthcare Industry.  Those range from simple computer systems to large networks that include a full range of PACS, HIS, RIS, EMR and Support Systems in the Information Technology Arena.

The process that will be used here is:

 

(1)    First we want to gather all of the qualifying documents and information about you so that we can evaluate your level of services that you could potentially provide to our customers in your geographical area.  We provide you with an application page that gathers all of the information related to your many abilities to service a full range of modalities and skill levels for each. 

 

(2)    Once we have this information we will then provide a one on one interview with you or your company to determine the personality aspects that are very important to us and our customers.  We are looking for the best of the best in your related service field. The more information that you can provide us; the more accurately we can assess your starting position with our company. We offer a three level service option to our customers to help them control their costs of maintaining their physical equipment assets. So, based on your present Training Certificates, Years of Service in each Modality and Qualifying References that we will gather, we will determine your skill level and determine if you are to become a Contractor for our company.  Below is a Table of Guidelines we follow to determine Skill Level and also Pay Levels for our Qualified Contractors.

 

(3)    Once we have determined that you are a Qualified Contractor we will notify you and put you into our database of Contractors.  Our customers will be requesting services on this same website and if you are within a predetermined geographical area of the requesting customer and have the modality skills they are looking for, you will be listed as a Qualified Contractor in your Skill Level on their Service Request page.  If our customer selects you as the repair contractor you will be notified via text message and email of the requested service.  You will be given the contact information in the message and should contact the requesting customer as soon as possible to schedule the service.  There is a Built in Scheduler in this section of the website that will maintain your active service requests for you.  At anytime via the web you will be able to review, update and change your schedule.

When you perform the services requested at the customer’s location you will ask to use one of their web enabled computers to complete an online Service Report.  There you will log your time and parts used.  If you need to order parts to complete the repair you will be able to do this on the same service report.  Once the Service Report is submitted it will automatically generate all necessary documents to complete the task.  (Invoice completed services, Order Parts via PO’s, generate follow-up Service Requests and Schedule return services)
